Every so often we announce a free/low cost pop up workshop!

Sessions are usually led by @dkfash and alongside UK's best afrobeat choreographers

Stay glued to our socials for updates on the next Pop Up!

Open to all and everyone.

you just show up!

Our workshops tend to be a base into further opportunities.

Many who have attended these workshops have become a part of the Initiative.dkf family - going on to take part in Afri'fusion Intensive, gain internships or take part in Intensive Crew and even gained industry jobs.

Culture and community is something we care deeply about. With our Artistic Director being one of the first to put on Afrobeats Theatre (African Jambalaya) which featured Desmond Elliot, Mister Silva and more.

Stemming from African heritage ourselves it only made sense to provide spaces that connect areas which we love.  Alongside this we've had an ever growing demand for more dance training - as we're still very much independent,  pop ups allow us to give back in the way that we can

See below!

Previous Pop Ups have been led/co led by some of the pioneers of Afrobeats dance and culture in UK.

Ezinne Asinugo (CEO Dancers, Britain's Got Talent, Rihanna, Lil Kim, Stefflon Don, Dbanji) and

Patience James (GOP Dancers, X Factor,  BBC, David Guetta and more!)
