Initiative.dkf is an independent organisation working on a project by project basis. Our small team is able to operate only where funding has been secured, and costs are covered..
Our name should give you a clue to what we're all about: being proactive and using the tools and talents we have to make our work ...work! Bodies, minds, space or anything inbetween, we use our INITIATIVE in hopes of making the changes we wish to see
As of 2019 we have been unable to continue our full body of annual programming. With your help we will be able to continue our mission of normalising the many nuances of Black British narratives, experiences, culture and storytelling forms
