WHAT?
Initially a short film of the same name which premiered at Edinburgh Fringe Digital ‘21, IS DAT U YH? was adapted into an outdoor theatre experience. Debuting at Greenwich+Docklands International Festival and Albany Theatre, Sep '21. AND NOW we are bringing it to stage @ Brixton House this July!

AUDITION
Sat 29th April, 11am-2pm
For IDUY? it’s all about imagination, confidence and cast chemistry! We want a chance to really get to know your artistry. Leave any anxiousness behind and come ready to play.
Workshop Includes:

Text, ensemble & improvisational work

Movement: you will be taught a short choreo
-
Prepare a 1 minute contemporary monologue (this will be utilised during the workshop)
Wear flexible clothing.
You may be presented with unseen text during the audition. If you have any access needs let us know.

IDUY includes theatre, dance, and spoken-word
The show requires dynamic multidisciplinary performers/theatre-makers

Ability to learn lines quickly

Comfortable with exploring movement

Some dance/choreography experience (street/afrodance/dancehall styles)

Open to lyricism/wordplay/rap

Desirable: singing ability (not mandatory)

PAY: £1500 flat rate
